Ray Garcia Jr.

Mr. Garcia graduated with a bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of Houston. He started his career in financial underwriting. Throughout his 25 plus year career he has developed an extensive experience in financial underwriting and project development. His risk management experience in the construction, manufacturing, and transportation and energy business enhances the various consulting practice groups he has associated himself with throughout his career.

His involvement in merger and acquisitions and capital restructuring programs positions Mr. Garcia as a senior member of the management and consulting teams performing these disciplines. He is also involved in strategic planning for international companies, either moving to the United States seeking affiliations or joint ventures in the US or domestic companies seeking affiliations, joint ventures and capital structured programs for project development and procurement outside the US, specifically in Latin America.


Ian Bishop

Mr Bishop with 21 years of financial experience is currently the CFO and co-owner of a construction company which was acquired from a publicly traded industrial company. Prior to this successful acquisition Mr. Bishop was engaged in private consulting and has been involved in project development and finance of infrastructure projects since 1990. From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Bishop was Vice President of Corporate Finance for Interamericas, Inc., a Latin-American owned financial services firm, where he led the Latin-American project finance group.  From 1990 to 1994, Mr. Bishop served as a consultant specializing in project finance for wastewater treatment plants.  Mr. Bishop has an Economics degree from University of Texas at Austin and a MBA from The University of Houston.


Gregg M. Mielke

Mr. Mielke is a native Houstonian who has been practicing law in the State of Texas for 16 years. He engaged in private practice of law with the firms of Richie & Greenberg, P.C. and Bonham, Carrington & Fox, P.C. for 10 years.  His practice concentrated on transaction business and financial matters.  Mr. Mielke left Bonham, Carrington & Fox in 1995 to become the general counsel of Logistics Partners, Inc., a warehousing and transportation company based in Houston, Texas.  After successfully seeing Logistics Partners, Inc. through a catastrophic fire; the resulting $30 million environmental remediation; and resolution of over $3 billion in resulting litigation, Mr. Mielke engineered the sale of Logistics Partners, Inc.’s remaining business to a competitor and opened his own practice under Mielke & Associates, PLLC in 1997.

For the last 5 years, Mr. Mielke has focused his practice on transactional and operation business matters.  His clients have included manufacturers, holding companies, mortgage companies, insurance companies, import/export companies, directional drillers and numerous start up and small businesses.  In addition, Mr. Mielke works closely with several local CPA firms to provide legal advice to their clients. 

Mr. Mielke is currently licensed to practice in Texas; the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Texas; the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals; and is a registered tax practitioner with the Internal Revenue Service.  Mr. Mielke obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982 and a finance certification from the University of Texas at Austin in 1983.  Mr. Mielke obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 1986.


Tom Gleason

Mr. Gleason currently provides consulting services both individually and in connection with his affiliation with Fisher Financial Group. Targeting small and medium sized businesses, FFG provides advisory services to Internet, E-Business, Digital Media, Financial Services, Real Estate, Information Services, Software, Health Care and Distribution companies.

Prior to his affiliation with Fisher Financial Group, Mr. Gleason worked in various capacities at IFS Financial Corporation, a financial services holding company, from 1991 to 2000. Included within his scope of responsibilities while at IFS were mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis and debt structuring, negotiation and compliance. Prior to joining IFS, Mr. Gleason was a Vice President within the Structured Finance Group of Kemper Securities.

Mr. Gleason holds a B.B.A. in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Arizona.

The Company is also in discussions with several other key political, business or industry leaders who can assist with the development and growth of MLI.


Ronald Presswood Jr.

Mr Presswood is a registered Texas Professional Engineer. Mr. Presswood graduated form the University of Houston in 1994 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and from the Rollins College with a degree in Environmental Studies/Economics, with prior studies 1982-84 at University of Australia, Blairs University, Saint James Barbados and McGill University’s oceanographic research facility. 

Mr. Presswood brings over 15 years of consulting and design engineering experience in the aerospace, medical and consumer products and environmental industries in a project management or project oversight role.

Mr. Presswood served the aerospace industry in the positions of Test Engineering Lead and Project Engineer for the International Space Station Program –The Flight Hardware Group. Responsibilities included but not limited to design and build of the Crew Quarters and Resupply Stowage Platform 1 and the Stowage System. Prior to this position Mr. Presswood held the position of Crew Compartment Flight engineer – Flight Hardware Group where duties included the integration of crew supplies, payloads and flight hardware in the Space Shuttle crew compartment. Mr. Presswood was awarded the Silver Snoopy Award by the STS-83/94 flight crew.

Mr. Presswood's specific engineering experience has led to several patents in robotic crane controls which replace Bridge and Gantry Cranes as well as other systems utilizing AC Vector Drives and DC servmotors.

Mr. Presswood’s diverse engineering experience also included the supervision and investigations of site remediation activities, designing, installing and maintaining remediation equipment at leaking petroleum storage tanks, generating final reports for these activities.
