Risk Management: The diversified experiences of the senior members of Optima have over 110 years of extensive experience in risk management underwriting contract surety bonds. The Optima Team can manage, evaluate and produce contract surety bonds for wrap up programs as well as facilitating the review of potential or on site firms requiring surety bonds. Through our investment and partnership in Technical Assurance we can underwrite, review and manage the surety program of the development project.

Energy and Industrial Procurement: The Optima Team is currently involved in the procurement of construction materials as well as electrical turban generators for “just in time” delivery and commission of the electrical turbans on a national and international platform. Our partnership with Quesco Turbomachinery enables the Optima Team to locate, transport and refurbish generation units at our Texas headquarters or on site refurbishment, if need be, for a specific project use.
